2019 CMA Winner: Wana Brands

Wana Brands of Boulder won the inaurural Cannabis Manufacturer of the Year trophy at the 2019 Colorado Manufacturing Awards.

"Everything was trial and error, and a little luck landing in the right spot," says COO Dan O'Connor of Wana's gummi focus. "It turns out that gummies are the biggest category of edibles. In Colorado, Wana has captured a 40 percent share of gummies alone and a 20 percent market share of edibles. So we're one of the biggest players -- if not the biggest player -- in the country in cannabis edibles today."
