The Bioscience/Medical Manufacturer of the Year at the 2019 Colorado Manufcturing Awards, BioMARC (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing and Academic Resource Center) at Colorado State University's Infectious Disease Research Center (IDRC) is a nonprofit contact manufacturing facility that specializes in biologics that need high containment infrastructure.
IDRC Director Ray Goodrich says the 2019 award "wasn't just an award for the IDRC. It wasn't just an award for Colorado State University. It was an award for the entire state of Colorado and recognition of the commitment that our public stakeholders have made to create this kind of a facility, this kind of capability in the state."
