For John Buoniconti, founder of the Colorado Candy Company in Fort Collins, it's all about the love of candy. He's one of the few candymen in the country who makes traditional ribbon candy with old-fashioned methods and machinery, and the results are pleasing to the eye -- and the sweet tooth.
