Co-founder, co-owner, and Head Brewer Neil Fisher talks about how WeldWerks is "pushing boundaries of flavor, of production, of really what beer can be." He chronicles the brewery's growth in five years from two employees to 35 as annual production jumped to about 10,000 barrels.
A key moment: In 2018, Fisher doubled down on creativity with a pledge to brew 100 different beers for the year. WeldWerks ended up making 138 unique recipes for the year.
