The fallout from low oil prices is spreading to another part of the Texas economy: manufacturing.
The pace of Texas manufacturing activity declined in March, with the production index falling to its first negative number in nearly two years, according to a survey released Monday by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. The index was flat in January and February.
