Tony Feltman grew up in North Dakota, where he learned the value of hard work toiling alongside his father on the family farm in the summer, and on construction jobs in the winter.

Construction is where Feltman learned that he loved seeing the results of his labor at the end of the day - seeing a building go up, or finishing a roof with freshly laid shingles. That sense of accomplishment led him to the field of mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
